Maybe it was a phase switch? I haven't seen many of these guitars around, I wonder how rare they are. Also they all have a different shaped headstock from Jeff's, unless his was modified to more closely resemble a real tele. Gotta find me one of these guitars, or at least a body

A phase switch is really the only thing that could be, since neither of those pickups in it look like single coil humbuckers, and that clip of Vancouver is very bright sounding. The only other possibility could be a kill switch, but who knows.

Most of this company's guitars were just copies of other types of guitars and the headstocks were very similar to what they were copying.

There was a completed auction on ebay of a Bently Series 10 Telecaster that I tried to find again to post here, but couldn't. It was a solid red body with a white pickguard, completely stock, and the head shape on that was like a traditional Tele shape. I think it didn't even sell for $150, or something like that.

I found this forum while searching on the internet...and I can definitely say it was a Bentley Series 10...I bought one in St. Louis, Missouri in 1993 while touring with Mazzy Star as their lighting technician.https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152671946517709&set=a.10152671378232709.1073742317.587137708&type=3
